Dígalo is made by Palm Three LLC (“Palm Three”, “we”, “us”), a New Mexico limited liability company based in the United States. This policy explains what information the Dígalo app and website collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. The short version
- You don’t need an account. The app creates an anonymous ID; we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- We use your messages and calls to make Valentina answer you and to keep Dígalo safe. That’s it.
- We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. The app has no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics.
- You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Chat messages. What you write to Valentina. When you hold the microphone to send a voice message, speech recognition runs on your iPhone: we receive the text and the length of the recording, not the audio.
- Voice calls. When you call Valentina, your voice is streamed live to our voice provider so it can understand you and speak her replies. The provider keeps call audio and transcripts for up to 30 days for safety review. We keep the duration and a short summary of the call.
- Story progress. Your choices, the endings you reached and the phrases saved in your notebook.
- Age confirmation. We keep only whether you are 18 or older, never your date of birth.
- Messages you send to our support.
Information collected automatically
- An anonymous account ID, created the first time you open the app.
- Your time zone and your message and call preferences, so she doesn’t text you at 3 a.m.
- A push notification token, only if you allow notifications.
- Technical data needed to run the service, such as app version, device model and IP address in server logs.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card or billing details. Apple and our purchase partner RevenueCat tell us which product you bought, when, and whether it is active, cancelled or refunded, linked to your anonymous ID.
3. How we use it
- To run the stories, save your progress and let Valentina answer you in chat and on calls, including correcting your Spanish and remembering what you told her.
- To send the notifications you agreed to.
- To process subscriptions and call time.
- To keep Dígalo safe: detecting explicit content, harassment or users who appear to be under 18, and enforcing our Terms of Use, for example by pausing calls.
- To answer support requests, fix bugs and improve the service.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your messages or calls to train AI models, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. AI and service providers
We share information only with companies that help us run Dígalo, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Supabase: database, file storage and servers, in the United States.
- Anthropic: writes Valentina’s text replies from your recent conversation.
- ElevenLabs: creates her voice and runs live voice calls.
- RevenueCat: checks and records purchases.
- Apple: App Store payments and push notifications.
These providers process information on our behalf. Some may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse, under their own policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy keeps applying.
5. What we don’t do
- We don’t sell personal information.
- We don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.
- We don’t show ads, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking tools.
6. How long we keep it
- Chats, story progress and call summaries: while you use Dígalo. Older parts of a conversation are condensed into a short summary so she remembers the essentials.
- Call audio and transcripts at our voice provider: up to 30 days.
- Purchase records: as long as accounting and tax laws require.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
When you ask us to delete your data, we do it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
7. Your choices and rights
- Notifications: turn them off in the app’s settings or in iOS Settings.
- Messages and calls from her: switch them off in Settings › Messages & calls.
- Deletion: write to us from the app’s Support page or at the address below. Because your account is anonymous, we may ask for details from the app to find it.
Depending on the state where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access and get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. We don’t do any of those last four. To use your rights, contact us; we answer within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
8. Adults only
Dígalo is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we end their access and delete their information. If you think a minor is using Dígalo, please tell us.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, media files are stored privately, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about a breach when the law requires it.
10. Where data is processed
We and our providers process information in the United States. If you use Dígalo from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies.
